Jazz On The Waterfront 2016

The sounds of soothing jazz music emanated from the capital of Tobago, Scarborough last Wednesday, as Jazz on the Waterfront got underway at the Scarborough Esplanade. The event which mimics a “New Orleans style” affair, saw performers showcase their skills simultaneously on several stages along the waterfront. There were soulful as well as upbeat solo, duet and band acts from local performers like Yolanda Job and Kariwak Players. Spoken word was also a part of the evening as top poets from around the country, such as Dr.Crysyal Skeete and Kleon McPherson took to the stage to entertain.

The evening was an experience for true jazz lovers.
